1. Services Offered
Central Gutters & Fascia Boards provides professional services including, but not limited to:
- Seamless Gutter Installations
- Fascia & Barge Board Installations
- Roof Maintenance & Waterproofing

All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and a formal quotation and acceptance process.
2. Quotations & Payments
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit may be required before work commences.
- Full payment is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur interest as permitted by South African law.
3. Installation & Site Conditions
- Clients must provide clear and accurate access to the property.
- Central Gutters reserves the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ significantly from the original quote.
- All work is completed to professional standards using approved materials and equipment.
4. Guarantees & Warranties
- Our seamless gutters carry a 10-year product guarantee (under normal conditions and maintenance).
- Workmanship is covered under a 12-month warranty from the date of installation.
- Guarantees do not cover damage due to natural disasters, misuse, third-party interference, or failure to maintain.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to the scheduled installation date.
- If cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or installation has begun, the client may be liable for incurred costs.
- If a client is dissatisfied due to a verifiable fault in workmanship or product defect, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected portion.
- Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind once work has commenced or been completed.
- All refund requests are evaluated case by case and handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
6. Limitation of Liability
Central Gutters & Fascia Boards will not be held liable for:
- Pre-existing structural or roofing issues.
- Delays due to weather, availability of materials, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Indirect, consequential, or financial loss resulting from service interruption.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and graphics, is the property of Central Gutters & Fascia Boards and Third-Party Companies who gave consent to usage and may not be reused without written permission.
8. Privacy
We respect your right to privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how your personal data is collected, used, and stored in compliance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
